Holmenkollstafetten 2007 is set to go the 12th of May 2007, and guess who got tricked into running? Yes, you guessed correctly, your's truly.

The relay race consists of 16 stages, the 15 first running and then the 16th being a banquette. This year's after-running party will be at Latter at Aker Brygge. I'm set to run between Vindern and Slemdal, a mere 1300 meter uphill elevation, so hopefully my jogging lately has put me in a condition to perform properly.. that said I am in better shape than ever, so I'm optimistic. It is the spring's most gorgeous adventure after all, with well over 500 teams running.

Ok, so I'm not running on the Terra Group's first team. That team required pre-qualification (with the exception of Odd Børn Hjelmeset that got pre-qualified for his two world championship gold medals in Sapporo 2007). But as it turned out they were missing some folks to run for the 2nd team, and as it turns out I could fit it into my schedule after all, so I figured it can be fun enough.

After an initial period being determined that facebook wasn't interesting I recognized that at this point resistance was futile. So I ended up signing up the other day, and the profile starts to get relatively complete now, including importing the RSS feed from my blog procrastinating-student.com. This latest addition was inspired by Helge so blame him for the additional spamming.

Potius sero quam numquam / Better late then never

Spring and summer is once again upon us, which of course means exams on my part. I'm finishing up the final exams of my Bachelor's degree as we speak before initiating my Masters of Science over the summer. I have three exams this week. As of today completed two of them, economic sociology and micro/macro-economy and ending before weekend with a three hour written exam in Strategy tomorrow.

In times like these I feel like the choice of domain name for the blog is re-validated, and I indeed feel like a procrastinating student. The good thing is that I've cut back on my computer usage "a little" and left more to resellers around as well as focusing more on maintaining current customers than getting new onces. That said, new features and services are constantly added to passive12.net lately with the addition of amongst other things co.uk domains.

Summer is nearly here in this part of Norway, and I've even managed to get tanned while reading up on my various subjects outside on my balcony, while enjoying some nice cuban cigars of the romeo y julieta brand, more specifically, the Churchill variant. This goes back to the same philosophy I have with regards to both cigars and girls. Either the best or none at all, or more profoundly: Nil satis nisi optimum
/ Nothing but the best is good enough.
